I recently got an opportunity to convert some of DVDs into DivX and
then after a search on the internet found the ImTOO MPEG Encoder, a
good conversion utility. My experience with any conversion utility has
never been so great until I started working on this conversion utility
which appears in a simple GIU (Graphical User Interface). For a trial I
picked up and loaded my favorite DVD into the CD tray and initiated the
conversion process to DivX in few simple steps and went out for some
grocery shopping which took me around 30 minutes and when I returned
back the conversion was already done, wow! That was quick.
Further I looked over and found that this ImTOO MPEG Encoder also
supports other video conversation formats like AVI, DVD, MOV, CUE, CDA,
VOB, WMV, XviD, 3GP, 3G2, Animated GIF, MP4, and many more which is
great. Many other software encoders or converters present today are
either heavy or takes a while for the conversion process to finish.
Sometime I’ve had even bad experience where my computer would sit right
there at some percentage of progress and would never come out it. Looks
like finally, there is an excellent solution available thanks to ImTOO
Software Studio.
Also, the software is meant for almost anyone from any age group to use
as it’s so simple. If you are a newbie or a beginner, then pickup the
Wizard Mode which will guide you through the steps leading to a final
conversion where you can pick the source and the destination formats
and that’s all, the conversion process will begin. If you already have
previous experience in the video conversion area with some other
utilities where you wasted your time, then you will love this software
as you can pick many files in different formats and get them all
converted into one single format output file.
Here is the catch! This software does not wait for the first file to
convert followed by second and third etc, if you are using a
multi-threaded CPU, the conversion process will begin for every file at
the same time. There the more files you convert at the same time, the
same time it takes to convert them. So if you were only converting one
file which would take 30 minutes, now instead of that, start converting
2 or 3 files at same time and they will all take 30 minutes together. I
have never seen this happening in any other video encoder or converter
software.
Now the Advanced mode is not any different and is also very simple to
handle and does the same work a wizard mode would do. It all depends
whislafjch mode you are comfortable using as once you grow in your
video conversion experience, a wizards mode does not sounds like an
obvious option. The other options available is an overwrite function
which can be used whenever you want the files to be re-written using
the built-in encoders and a zoom/split function giving full control in
users hands. If you don’t like any part in the movie, you can preview
it and cut it out.
Increase you land up in some sort of confusion which I would doubt,
still don’t worry as there is support available even for trail packs.
It software works on any Windows 2000/XP and even Vista RTM. Why wait
go grab your copy and let other know about this cheap and best software
they all can afford to buy.
